Pre-Payment of Treatment in Full

• A discount is provided for direct one-time payment made by cash, check or credit card prior to placement of appliances.

• Does not require an initial payment.
• Payment plans, from 24-60 months, with finance charges are available.
• Pre-payment can be made at any time.

Insurance Information

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will make every effort to help you obtain those benefits towards your treatment cost. Please inform the staff of the type of insurance when making your first appointment. If so desired, we can call the insurance company to obtain orthodontic coverage information on your behalf.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement or anwer any questions that you may have.
